A Washington, DC shop for people doing a lot with a little. Websites for owner-run businesses, operations for down-ballot campaigns, and one very good night out. One operator, three disciplines, one habit — stretching a small budget further than it has any right to go.
Clean, fast, honest websites for owner-run businesses — farms, service and trade shops, and small businesses. Built or rebuilt from scratch, no templates by committee.
Remote operations for down-ballot Democrats — admin, scheduling, and compliance off your plate so your hours go to voters and fundraising. Built by an operator who's run a competitive race end to end.
A sommelier-led evening through DC's food & wine scene — small groups, real cocktails, a route you don't see coming. Launching September 2026.

Penny Strategies is led by Cole Youtz, a Washington, DC operations and political strategy professional. He's spent his career managing budgets, running operations, and keeping the details on track — for organizations and campaigns, and for hospitality professionals.
Cole grew up in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, competed on the livestock judging team at Blinn College, and graduated from Texas A&M before moving to DC for a congressional internship and, soon after, taking on a campaign in Michigan. A farm kid at heart, he pairs a relentless work ethic with hard-won persistence — plus a rare, both-sides-of-the-aisle perspective from Congress and a focus on the rural, right-leaning districts that need it most.
He brings that same discipline — lean budgets, tight execution, real attention to detail — to everything he takes on.
